Recently, the plaque-awarding ceremony for the “Off-site Public Bonded Warehouse” at HTDK Yixing Supply Chain Industrial Park was successfully held. Mr. Xiong Weifeng, Deputy Director of the Division of Free Trade Zones and Special Areas Development of Nanjing Customs, Mr. Yi Yangdong, Director of Yixing Customs, relevant leaders from Xushe Town, and HTDK’s management team attended the event. Mr. Yi Yangdong presented the “Off-site Public Bonded Warehouse” plaque to HTDK, marking that HTDK’s high-standard off-site bonded warehouse in Yixing, Jiangsu Province, has officially passed the rigorous acceptance inspection by Nanjing Customs and has been approved for operation.
The facility will provide specialized bonded warehousing services for imported medical devices and premium beauty products. Following an on-site tour, the delegation from Customs and the local government highly recognized the warehouse’s advanced infrastructure, high-standard management, and supervision processes seamlessly integrated with Customs requirements.
This plaque award represents not only an authoritative endorsement, but also a concentrated demonstration of HTDK’s nearly 30 years of expertise and proven credentials in the supply chain sector for high-value medical devices and premium beauty products. We have consistently remained deeply committed to the industry, continuously strengthening our compliance framework and global service capabilities. Since 2019, the company has been upgraded to a regional headquarters of a multinational corporation; in 2022, it was recognized as a demonstration enterprise for an International Trade Distribution Center, and became the first pharmaceutical logistics enterprise in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone (Comprehensive Bonded Zone). In 2023, the company obtained Customs AEO Advanced Certification and joined the GOP program. In addition, HTDK has obtained multiple international certifications, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDP, GMP, D-U-N-S® registration, and an EcoVadis rating—demonstrating our continued commitment to the highest international standards in compliance and trade security.
Building on our proven experience in operating and managing more than 24,000 square meters of bonded warehousing in Shanghai Waigaoqiao, we take the Yixing facility as a new starting point and have innovatively introduced an off-site bonded supervision model. This is designed to provide customers with supply chain solutions that are more agile, more cost-efficient, and closer to the market than traditional bonded warehouses.
Compared with conventional warehouses located “inside the fenced area” of a comprehensive bonded zone, the HTDK Yixing off-site bonded warehouse—enabled by Customs’ innovative supervision—achieves a breakthrough of “functions inside, physical location outside,” supported by a Checkpoint-free (No Physical Customs Gate) operating model:
Checkpoint-free circulation (no physical customs gate): The warehouse is established outside the comprehensive bonded zone, free from fixed Customs-gate constraints, enabling more flexible and efficient turnover.
Faster market response: Enables ultra-fast last-mile delivery and supports same-day delivery in applicable scenarios.
Focused on bonded warehousing: Core functions of bonded warehousing and “within domestic territory yet outside the Customs border” remain unchanged, with standardized, compliant processes.
End-to-end services: Bonded and non-bonded warehousing are co-located, covering storage, distribution, and import/export declarations.
Greater process predictability: Improves end-to-end predictability and significantly reduces delays caused by uncertainties such as clearance, zone exit procedures, and inspections.
Classified supervision in one facility: Handles both bonded and non-bonded goods within one warehouse, enabling “dual-use within one warehouse” to serve both domestic and cross-border trade needs.
Flexible operational support: In compliance with regulatory requirements, provides value-added bonded services such as labeling and insertion of instructions, as well as flexible operations including sorting, small-parcel repacking, and courier dispatch—meeting diversified receiving needs of hospitals and distributors.
